The International Date Line makes local dates differ. A single UTC instant can be Monday for one participant and Tuesday for another. A date alone is not enough to schedule internationally.
For example, 1 January 2026 at 00:30 in Pacific/Auckland is 31 December 2025 at 11:30 UTC. In America/Los_Angeles, that instant is still 31 December.
The converter prints a full date and time for every target. Read both before copying the event into a message. State the city or IANA zone alongside the date to avoid confusion.
The meeting planner’s reference date belongs to the selected reference zone. Results may contain participants whose local dates lie outside that date. That is expected, not a conversion error.
Use the ICS output to carry the UTC instant into calendars. For deadlines that are legally defined by a local jurisdiction, verify the applicable zone and deadline rules separately.
