Start with each participant’s local availability. A 09:00–17:00 window means those hours in that person’s own zone, not the organizer’s zone. Yelya compares real instants across the windows.
Choose a reference zone and date. Only starts on that local date are considered. The same start may fall on the previous or next date for someone else; every card includes their local date.
The planner checks every 15-minute portion of the full duration. A one-hour event cannot start at 16:30 when someone becomes unavailable at 17:00.
Availability repeats daily, including weekends. Overnight windows such as 22:00–06:00 are supported. This initial planner does not connect to personal calendars or exclude public holidays.
The first eight matching starts are shown in chronological order. They are valid choices within the entered hours, not a claim that the first is the most convenient. If none fit, shorten the duration or widen an agreed window.
